Irresistible!

This cute little number was built in the 1880's from beautiful native timbers, right down to the feature polished flooring. It presents an opportunity for you to own a sliver of nostalgia: a part of Masterton's earlier heritage.

Currently boasting one bedroom and a generous-sized lounge, there is the potential here to restore the second bedroom - creating a cosier living space - for those requiring that second sleeping quarters or study. Meanwhile, the kitchen and dining areas are sociably combined, enhancing the snug sense of well-being felt within this little haven. Heating is conveniently provided via heatpump.

Nestled on a on an easily manageable 504 square metre section, the vintage cottage offers great street appeal, with a northerly facing verandah (accented by gingerbread-trim detail) providing a sunny nook in which to relax and enjoy the day. Should one be inspired, there is room to complement this picture of yesteryear with cottage gardens, fruit trees, vegie beds, cobbled paths... or leave it sweet and simple for a more easy-care lifestyle.
Located east of Masterton, the property is in good proximity to all levels of schooling, and is handy to town, recreation, and dining.

Don't let the chance to own this historic gem slip by! Call Steve today for your appointment to inspect.
